A very thoughtful video. The contact between human trash and Nature is interesting…I’ve heard of some animals using soda cans and bottles as shelter (I’ve even heard of hermit crabs going around with these synthetic “shells.”) I’m not sure whether to be fascinated or disturbed…is it Natures way of recycling?

I’d be disturbed. It’s our responsibility to keep nature clean and not pollute it with our trash. 🙂

I like the way you took the video, though sad at the same time wastes everywhere.

Thank you 🙂 Yes it is very sad. That’s why we need to make people more aware of it.

Good video, trash is a problem, I was going to take photos of all the trash around where I live.

Thank you 🙂 It is a good way to make people more aware. It’s a movement that might just make a difference.

Beautiful nature sounds – lots of frogs in the background? The trash? What an ugly counterpoint. Unfortunately, humans are just starting movements to take care of our planet.

I’m glad you enjoy it. At least there are some who are trying to do something. That is a start. Will it be enough? We’re definitely going to find out.

So thought-provoking, Hannes. Your video struck a real chord with me having picked up an armful of litter from a Galician beach (special nature reserve) last week. It seems to be a worldwide problem, doesn’t it? Very sad. 😦

Wow! I’m so glad to hear that! It means the world to me that these short films can have such an impact. That’s exactly what I’m trying to do. Slowly but surely we will make people more aware of the trash in nature and that it’s our responsibility to keep it clean.
