  1. Good advice Hannes. I’m doing all this plus yoga, blogging, cooking, getting out in nature, reading, socialising ie all the things that usually help me, I’m still sad on and off but will persevere..

    I have been practising it recently and feel a change in my body. First of all, the quality of my sleep has improved and my body aches and pains have certainly lessened.
